I generally cook something for supper. If I don’t, I eat a lunch-type meal.
Smoked sausage cooked with mushrooms, onions and peppers
Hot dogs cut up and cooked with sugar free catsup, mustard, black soybeans or some sort of cheap canned beans
$1 bag of palak paneer over crumbled sesame crisps
Rotisserie chicken with nothing else
Smoked pork chops, bockwurst or other link sausage with mustard and cottage cheese
Salad shrimp, butter and garlic heated up
