After General Conference was over at 4 PM, I figured going outside had to be better than breathing stale air and moaning about my belly.

On the way to the park I passed a frozen tomato plant. A few blocks further and there were big garden patches of frozen squash and cucumber plants. The cannas and tender flowers in the park were brown or slime. I didn’t realize we had frost here in the city! The other day I saw cars covered in several inches of snow, but the mountains and mountain benches were covered in gleaming white.

Here’s me bundled up in my wool poncho, Ugg boots and warm gloves.
